The facilities and functions of the Kuopio Music Centre are planned to cater a very wide and versatile range of customers. Included are event organizers (seminars, meetings and conferences), artists in various fields and their agencies. The most significant group in numbers are the participants of different kinds of meetings and events as well as music enthusiasts of different ages visiting the centre from either near or far. The house hosts over 300 events and somewhere between 100.000-150.000 visitors a year. In addition the staff and students of three different art institutions form a permanent group of attendants making most of the centre's facilities and services.
